Soul Journey Healing sessions combine Reiki/Body Talk Energy Healing with guidance through the Akashic Records. These sessions use a massage table to offer a comfortable lying down position while the energy is moved out of the body through strategic hand placements/tapping techniques. All can be achieved with light touch or no touch at all, the choice is up to each individual and has no effect on results.

I believe that many people are having what is being labeled as a “spiritual awakening”. “Synchronicity, third eye, vibrational frequency” are becoming everyday vocabulary , but realizing things can still be scary. Sometimes, a part of this awakening includes healing from past lives and having a remembrance of those past traumas in the present. Often this comes up with my clients that are open to the awakening/remembering process. I know personally how overwhelming this can be, and my hope is hold sessions that are judgement free, allowing you to explore this awakening freely.
