Just healing means learning to love yourself again, or maybe for the first time in your life.
Try these simple affirmations to start that seed of self love today! Start by saying each one three times out loud, then as you grow more comfortable try saying them while looking at yourself in the mirror.

I AM fully supported
I AM a full of love for myself and others
I AM intelligent.
I AM caring, kind and compassionate

I often get asked to describe what happens during a Soul Journey Session, and I feel it is best to share resources on the different modalities that I use.
Below are some websites/articles that I feel are beneficial to understanding energy healing, and the overall mind/body/spirit connection. I believe that all three must be addressed at some level for true healing to occur.
I also believe we have lived many lives, and sometimes can be holding on to something from a past life causing pain now. This belief, and finding healing in my own life this way, is why I am often guided to go into the Akashic Records.

Need some ideas for self care? Ones that won’t take much time, and can create mental peace?
Try these suggestions…..
Take 15 minutes to connect with Mother Earth. Standing barefoot with feet touching the soft ground. Give gratitude for her ability to hold you, support you, and love you through so many different seasons. Pay attention to the sounds around you, again giving thanks to Mother Earth for hearing such sweet sounds. Pay attention to how the ground feels between your toes. Again, thanking Mother Earth for cradling your aching soles ( and soul) Look around you and allow the colors to soak in. Again, thanking Mother Earth for painting such a beautiful picture.
Note- if you aren’t able to connect with nature, use your mind ( or you tube) to guide the scenery…

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down, having positive frequency music playing could be helpful, suggestions of music below.
Focus your intention on taking slow deep breathes, paying attention to how your body feels, where your thoughts are going.
As you start to relax begin to focus on a word that makes you feel powerful, confident.
Say to yourself or out loud
I AM ( word you pick, or came to you)
Repeat, and allow yourself to switch words if called.
Bonus, try outside while connecting with Mother Earth.
